Prior to joining Real Estate, Maya was an international business developer succeeding in launching Steel and Petroleum products worldwide, leading business sales, managing cross cultural teams, formulating business strategies, negotiating and signing contracts, and managing fast paced, highly competitive environments. Maya’s educational achievements include an MBA in Global Management from Phoenix University, a BBA in Marketing/ Management from Baruch College, a Certificate in Accounting from Edinburgh University and a Certificate in International Affairs from Columbia University.
Prashant Boloor – (Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts)
Prashant is a Commerce graduate from the Mumbai University with extensive professional experience in accounting and financial management. Having worked over 25 years, his focus has been on improving the overall operational efficiency, generating cost savings & contributing to company profits. He has the expertise in working on various accounting software, for instance Tally ERP and SAP-B1. He has also managed the implementation of policies & procedures needed to support the management in strategic planning of the organization. At present, he is working with Rodessa Holdings Pvt. Ltd., as well as its wholly owned subsidiary, Rodessa Realty NY (LLC). He is responsible for all the aspects of accounting up to the finalization of books of accounts.
